How fast is shipping for wholesale orders?

Orders ship next-day harvest and typically arrive within 24–48 hours via air freight. We prioritize Southwest and Alaska airlines and can use your own cargo accounts for a freight deduction.

In what packaging are the mushrooms shipped?

We ship boletes in Styrofoam boxes with self-absorbent ice packs only to major airport with cooler and supporting Alaska or Southwest. Destination airport must have “direct flights” only. You must be on time for pickup and careful inspection.

Can I get volume pricing?

Yes, if you have a licensed business in your state and can pick up from an international airport with a refrigerated van. We offer 50lbs, 100lbs and 200lbs pricing for bulk orders and recurring wholesale clients.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

To get access our wholesale prices, we need a minimum order of 50lbs. We can ship under that minimum with higher prices. For international orders, minimum is 480 lbs.

Do you supply to mushroom farms and produce distributors in my area?

Most likely! Our main clients are professional buyers like mushroom farms, produce distributors, organic farms and gourmet caterers. To avoid saturation in your market, we have limits of how much we ship per state and city.

Are your porcini mushrooms organic?

They are wild-harvested in pristine forests, naturally free of pesticides and chemicals.

Do you offer credit if a shipment is spoiled?

Absolutely! We will refund with a credit note any spoilage up to 30 percent of the total weight. We ask for photo evidence of what you might need to throw out.

Do you offer Net Terms?

As foragers first, we don’t offer Net30 but we do offer some net terms to our partners under our 3 month commitment program.

Do you have Certifications & Licenses?

Wild Fresh is a licensed LLC registered in WY and harvesting in all states. While we are FDA-Exempt (as being small farm), our company works with foragers who are permitted to forage in their states. We provide our clients with Letter of Guarantee, our Compliance HACCP certifications and copy of our Product Liability insurance. However, Food Safety and Compliance processes are only covered for our operations. We ask our clients to have adequate processes and insurances to cover their part of the supply chain.

Do you add Ice Pack?

Yes for all airports above our temperature thresholds. If you are located in northern states, we do not include ice packs except on request. 

Can I pick up on a specific day?

Yes, we offer this option for our partners who sign a 3 month commitment. All other orders are shipped based on the space capacity. 

What payment method do you accept?

We prefer ACH/Wire transfer but also accept Credit Card and Paypal with an added fee of 4 percent. 

What is this 3 month commitment?

To join our partners club, we schedule an initial call where we discuss our terms sheet to align logistics. You’ll sign a 3 months commitment of weekly orders and an agreed deposit. that we’ll use to pay for your invoices. Our partners receive greater discounts and a net 7 terms.

What is the price of mushrooms?

We are a wholesaler offering harvest prices from $7 per pound to $12 per pound, including shipping. We offer different prices based on volume, destination and commitment.

How do you handle Weight Loss?

We add 10 percent of extra product per case to ensure you get the quantity you paid for. 

How do you sort and clean?

Our field team is trained to brush and air blow mushrooms when needed. For special request, you can contact our operations team.

Can you pack in a 3-lb box?
