24-36 Hours delivery!
Local Pickup (Free)
We offer convenient pickup options at via our location partners available during the checkout. For smaller 1-2lbs orders, we are growing a network of local friends and shops who may be able to hold some of our inventory if “Unavailable” or “Sold Out” on the online store.
Ground Shipping
For dried and specialty items, we offer affordable ground shipping via UPS. Your order will typically ship within 2 days and arrive in 4-5 business days. We’ll provide you with a tracking number once your order ships.
Overnight Shipping (Fresh & Frozen)
To ensure the freshness of our delicate fresh and frozen products, we use dedicated Reefer trucks from forest to Vancouver or Seattle. For USA orders, we ship via Air Cargo or Overnight Next Day with ice packs. Due to product availability, there may be occasional delays. Freight charges may varies from time to time.
Order Processing Times
We work hard to get your order to you quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Dried products ship immediately after processing, while fresh products are delivered the next day after processing.
